Combine frozen vegetables, stewed tomatoes with seasoning in a large, microwave-safe casserole or glass bowl. Cover with a ventilated microwave cover or loose plastic wrap

Microwave on HIGH for 5 min. Stir and continue microwaving on HIGH for 3 min*

Test green beans for doneness. (Should be tender-crisp.) If necessary, add more cooking time, testing for doneness and stirring every 1 min. until done

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container and use or freeze within 3 days
