Ingredients
1 tablespoon Wellsley Farms® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pound Wellsley Farms® 88% Lean Ground Beef
1 medium Wellsley Farms® Yellow Onion, halved and chopped
1 tablespoon ground Wellsley Farms® Steak Seasoning Grinder
1 package (16 ounces) elbow pasta
3 tablespoons Wellsley Farms® Yellow Mustard
2 1/2 cups Wellsley Farms® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Wellsley Farms® Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 teaspoon Wellsley Farms® Fine Table Salt
1/4 teaspoon ground Wellsley Farms® Black Peppercorn Grinder
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef, onion, and 1 teaspoon seasoning; cook 5 minutes or until beef is browned and onion is tender-crisp, breaking up beef with side of spoon.
- Add mustard, pasta and 4 cups water; heat to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and remaining 2 teaspoons seasoning; cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
- Serve garnished with parsley, if desired.
