Blue Cheese & Olive Burgers
Elevate your burgers with Mediterranean-inspired patties, topped with blue cheese and briny olives!
Ingredients
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons Wellsley Farms® Minced Garlic
1 teaspoon Wellsley Farms® Ground Cayenne Pepper
1/2 (64-ounce) package frozen Wellsley Farms® Sirloin & Beef Patties
6 white hamburger buns
12 (1/4-inch-thick) slices Wellsley Farms® Red Onion
3/4 cup Wellsley Farms® Signature Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped, drained Wellsley Farms® Minced Pimento Stuffed Manzanilla Olives
Directions
- In medium bowl, whisk mayonnaise, garlic and pepper. Makes about 3/4 cup.
- Prepare patties on grill as label directs. During last minute of cooking, place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 1 minute or until toasted.
- Spread cut sides of buns with mayonnaise mixture; serve burgers in buns topped with onion, cheese and olives. Makes 6 burgers.
