Directions
1
Whisk together first 4 ingredients until well blended, then whisk in olive oil
2
Brush pineapple slices lightly with mixture; set aside. Spoon remainder over tuna, coating evenly. Refrigerate for 30 min., turning occasionally
3
Meanwhile, oil grates and preheat grill to medium-high. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over tuna (if using)
4
Carefully arrange pineapple on the grill. Cook pineapple until heated through with well-formed grill marks, about 2 to 3 min. per side. Remove from grill and set aside
5
Arrange tuna steaks on the grill. Cook until an instant-read thermometer reads 125? (medium-rare), about 6 min., turning halfway through. Transfer to a warm platter and rest 5 min
6
Cut tuna into 1" slices. Roughly chop pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Serve warm with steamed basmati rice
