Ghoulish Punch

Combine lemon juice, water and salt in large bowl; set aside

Peel apples and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds with a spoon. (Don’t worry about the core.) Place in lemon juice mixture for 1 min

With rounded side facing up, use a pumpkin carving kit or melon baller to scoop out hollows for eye sockets, nose and mouth. Return to bowl with lemon mixture for 30 min

Combine chilled apple cider, sparkling water, pomegranate juice and lemon juice in large punch bowl. Float apple heads in punch and serve immediately
