Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved

Pour coffee mixture into a 9" x 13" baking pan. Transfer to the freezer and until the mixture becomes slushy around the edges, about 1 hour

Rake the frozen portions of the mixture with a dinner fork to break up the ice

Return pan to freezer for 30 min. Remove and repeat the process, scraping the ice with a fork

Repeat until mixture is completely frozen and resembles a coarse snow cone

When ready to serve, remove from freezer and scoop into martini glasses or small glass bowls
7
Garnish with a pirouette cookie or square of dark chocolate and serve immediately
