Use a paring knife or a large melon baller to scoop out a round piece of cucumber about the size of an eyeball

Use a paring knife or a small melon baller to scoop out a small hole about the size of the olive

Insert olive, pimiento side out, into the hole. If necessary, trim the bottom of the olive to fit into the hole

Skewer the “eyeball” with a cocktail pick; set aside in a bowl of ice water until ready to use

Combine lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot red pepper sauce and seasoning in a cocktail shaker. Add enough ice to fill about 2/3 full

Pour vodka and tomato juice over ice. Cover and shake vigorously until well chilled, about 15 seconds

Strain mixture into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a cucumber eyeball and serve immediately
