Baked Kale Chips

Preheat oven to 350°. Place kale in a large bowl and add 2 Tbsp. oil. Massage kale with olive oil, making sure to cover each leaf with oil

Spread kale on two baking sheets with space between leaves (none overlapping). Sprinkle each sheet with ½ tsp. salt

Bake for 7 min. on top rack. Move to bottom rack and continue baking for an additional 7 min. Cool and enjoy
