Bacon-Wrapped Pineapple

Easy to make with simple ingredients the bacon-wrapped pineapple will be a great appetizer for any party.

Preheat oven to 375°

Cut the pineapple into 1" cubes and toss in the brown sugar

Lay down a slice of bacon. Place a pineapple cube at one end of the slice and top with a few cilantro stems and a slice of jalapeño

Roll the bacon around the pineapple cube and cut off excess. Place the package seam-side down on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining pineapple cubes

Bake until bacon is crispy, about 13 min., or until the bacon has reached desired crispness

Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves. Serve with toothpicks or cocktail skewers
