Air Fryer Pork Carnitas

Add pork, garlic, orange zest, orange juice, oil, hot sauce, seasoning and oregano to large zip-top plastic bag; seal bag, pressing out excess air. Massage pork in bag to coat; refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to overnight.

Line 4- to 5-quart air fryer with aluminum foil; preheat to 350° for 5 minutes. Add pork to air fryer and drizzle with any remaining marinade in bag; air fry 1 hour 15 minutes or until pork is very tender, stirring every 15 minutes. Transfer pork and any drippings to large bowl; coarsely shred with 2 forks. Makes about 3 cups.

Serve pork in tortillas topped with onion and cilantro along with hot sauce garnished with lime wedges, if desired.
