There are several ways that you can make your payment:

• To pay online, you can download the Capital One Mobile app by visiting the Google Play or Apple App Store, or you can also head to BJs.capitalone.com.
• Mail a payment to Capital One Attn: Payment Processing, P.O. Box 71087, Charlotte, NC 28272-1083. The mailing address will also be on your BJ’s One^® Credit Card, BJ’s One+^® Credit Card, or BJ’s Business Elite™ Credit Card billing statement, as applicable. That mailing address may be different from above, but be assured this will get to the right place.
• Pay via phone by calling 844-202-9570 for the BJ’s One Credit Card or BJ’s One+^® Credit Card; the BJ’s Business Elite Credit Card phone number is 844-217-6927.

As you make eligible purchases with your BJ’s One ^® Mastercard^® Credit Card, earnings (which we also refer to as "pending rewards") automatically accumulate to your program earnings balance, and are usually visible on your BJ’s online account within 10 days. Accumulated earnings remain in your program earnings balance until they are added to your program rewards balance when your BJ's One^® Mastercard^® billing statement issues each month, provided your credit card account is in good standing. You can look up your BJ's rewards balance at BJs.com/account/rewards.

Pending rewards will be added to your rewards balance when your next BJ’s One^® Mastercard ^® account statement issues.

• Rewards are only redeemable for eligible purchases and membership fees at BJ’s checkout in-club, on BJs.com, or on the BJ’s mobile app.
• Your must have a minimum rewards balance of $10 to redeem, and the eligible purchase to which the rewards are applied must be at least $10 at BJ’s checkout and greater than or equal to the reward redemption amount.
• All authorized users on the BJ's One^® Mastercard^® account will share a membership number with the primary member and will be prompted to redeem rewards at the register.
• Under the new BJ's One^® Mastercard ^® program, rewards will never expire, and are yours for the life of your credit card account.
• Please note that rewards cannot be used on certain purchases at BJ's, such as in-club purchases of exempted items restricted by law or regulation; shipping; sales taxes; bottle deposits; alcoholic beverages; cigarettes or tobacco-related products; lottery tickets; gift cards; propane; gasoline; BJ’s member Services (such as BJ’s Auto Buying Program,^® cellular phone services, BJ’s Optical Department,^® BJ’s Travel^®); BJ’s membership add-on fees (such as Same-Day Select™); purchases through delivery.BJs.com; other purchases not recorded through BJs.com or in-club front-end registers; or as posted at the Membership Desk.

All BJ's One^® Mastercard^® cardholders must use their BJ's One^® Mastercard^® credit card in the applicable purchase transaction in order to earn on their purchases, as more fully set forth in the BJ's One^® Mastercard^® Program Rewards Terms (see BJs.com/bjsoneterms).

You can become a BJ's One+^® member by paying the membership upgrade fee of $55.* A new BJ's One+ ^® Mastercard^® Credit Card will automatically be mailed to you. Once you activate the new BJ's One+ ^® Mastercard ^® Credit Card, your BJ’s One ^® Mastercard ^® Credit Card will be deactivated.

* Plus state and local taxes where applicable. Fee is prorated based on primary member’s membership expiration date at time of the addition.

• Authorized users are allowed to purchase on the primary cardholder’s account, sharing a credit card and membership number. The primary cardholder may add one authorized user at the time of applying, and up to four total authorized users once the account is open. The primary cardholder is responsible for payments on all purchases.
• All purchases made using your BJ's One^® Mastercard^® credit card at BJ’s and at other establishments by the primary cardholder and your authorized users will earn toward rewards.
