Where do the Saved Addresses come from?
If you have an online account, you may have saved your shipping address to your Address Book. This enables you to access the address later for a faster checkout process.
Why do you need my phone number and email address?
We need your email address to send you order confirmation and shipping notification emails, and other emails pertaining to your order. All order status updates are sent by email. We need your phone number in order to call you about any unexpected questions or issues relating to your order.
How do I purchase a BJ’s Membership?
Saving an address to your Address Book enables you to access the address later. This helps you speed up the checkout process of your future BJs.com orders. Anyone who is registered with an online account can save addresses to the Address Book.
Why am I not being charged sales tax or a shipping fee?
The shipping fee is based on where your order is shipped to and whether you choose a standard or expedited shipping method. Sales tax is based on the address your order is shipped to. Once you enter your shipping address and choose your shipping method, sales tax and the shipping fee will be calculated.
Can I have my order shipped outside of the U.S.? To an APO/FPO? To a P.O. box?
We’re sorry, but at this time we can only ship orders within the continental United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
